The North Star Roadmap provides a multi-quarter view of your organization’s goals and projects. While the Strategy Map focuses on a single quarter, the Roadmap shows how your strategic direction evolves over time.
Accessing the Roadmap
Navigate to Roadmap in the left sidebar. The roadmap loads all quarters and their associated strategy map data (goals, projects, and team assignments).
View Modes
The roadmap offers three visualization styles. Use the view switcher at the top to choose between them:
- Space view — A trajectory-style visualization showing quarters as waypoints along a journey.
- Road view — A road-journey metaphor with quarters as stops along a path.
- Corporate view — A traditional timeline layout with quarters displayed chronologically.
All three views show the same underlying data — goals, projects, and their relationships — just presented differently.
Filtering
Use the team filter dropdown to focus the roadmap on a specific team’s goals and projects across all quarters.
Interacting with Projects
Click any project in the roadmap to open the project detail panel, which shows the project summary, linked goals, confidence score, and pulse history.
