What counts as a developer?
Any user added to a team who contributes code. Managers and viewers who don't commit code are not counted toward your developer seats.
Can I change plans?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time. When upgrading, you'll be charged the prorated difference. When downgrading, credit is applied to future billing.
Is there a free trial?
The Free tier is always free with no time limit. Team and Business plans include a 14-day free trial with full access to all features.
What happens to my data if I downgrade?
Your data is preserved, but access is limited to the lower tier's retention period. For example, if you downgrade from Business (unlimited retention) to Team (1 year), data older than 1 year won't be accessible until you upgrade again.
