What counts as a seat?
Every user in your organization counts as a seat. Everyone gets access to metrics dashboards and survey participation.
Can I change plans?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time. When upgrading, you'll be charged the prorated difference. When downgrading, credit is applied to future billing.
Is there a free trial?
The Free tier is always free with no time limit. The Pro plan includes a 14-day free trial with full access to all features.
What happens to my data if I downgrade?
Your data is preserved, but access is limited to the lower tier's retention period. For example, if you downgrade from Enterprise (unlimited retention) to Pro (1 year), data older than 1 year won't be accessible until you upgrade again.
